How to use Pinterest for Network Marketing

The most frustrating thing about network or multilevel marketing is finding NEW clients. After your friends and family are all sick of hearing from you, and you run out of parties to do. So where to go now? Pinterest! It’s a fantastic platform to get new traffic!!!

1. Find your niche.

What… I’ve got my niche! WRONG! Let me give you an example to explain this better. Lets say you sell Doterra essential oils. You may be thinking that essential oils are your niche? And that’s 100% ok if you want to stick with the small game. But if you want to go big… then you have to niche down even more.

When I go to doterra.com and click “shop”, it opens up a tab with multiple categories. For instance, they have tabs that feature essential oils, personal care, supplements, diffusers, accessories, etc. From there, you want to niche down into one of those categories.

Become the BOMB about using your oils for a specific reason and market on that niche.

2. Start your own Website

I know they already have one for you to sell your products from, and you can 100% use this for selling your products. But you need a website beside that. Above all, one with your own www.yournamehere.com would be ideal.

Side note: TryonComputers can totally help you on this (he’s my bro and is the best ever!).

Most importantly, you want to have your own website where you can create your own posts, freebies and schedule calls for potential clients. From there, you’ll direct them to your product links to buy.

3. Create Content… then create some more

Now is the time to dig in. Remember that niche? Let’s say you’re fantastic at using essential oils for detoxifying your life… home, car, health, etc. Start creating blog posts educating people about how they can detoxify their life.

Teach them steps, give them a freebie with steps, let them chat with you personally to learn how to do that.

And your solutions will lead them to the essential oils they need to succeed in detoxifying their life.

4. Pinterest

I bet you were wondering when Pinterest for network marketing was going to come in huh? Well, now that you have a website and content teaching people how to use the products, you can get that in front of cold traffic.

Users come to Pinterest to find a solution. They hop on at 3 am with a fussy baby in their lap and type in “cough treatments for babies”. Up pops a ton of pins! And since a 3-month-old is young, they want something safe. They see a pin with the text “home remedy for babies cough”. Then they click on the pin, learn about 5 different oils to use, and then start buying them because they don’t have them. Above all, use your product links, in your article ๐Ÿ™‚

So first you’ll want to have a Pinterest profile set up to specifically target your clients (set up a free call here and I’ll give you the steps you need). Then, you’ll want a consistent pinning strategy to keep that traffic and clients coming to your website to learn.
